Inspired by the Betsimisaraka Kingdom of Madagascar, whose name means “the many inseparable,” EYA in Black is handcrafted over 45 hours and distinguished by its sculptural loops and interwoven cords. Finished in black dye, the silhouette brings a striking depth to the rounded braiding traditions that inspired its form.
