Shipping Policy
If you require a signature upon delivery, please let us know by leaving a note at checkout.
Our Standard Shipping includes USPS or UPS Ground service, with delivery guaranteed within 5–7 business days from the shipping date. For faster delivery, our Premium Shipping option uses UPS 3 Day Select, ensuring your package arrives within 3 business days of shipment.
If you'd like to request expedited shipping or use your own carrier account, we're happy to accommodate. Just reach out to us by phone or email to arrange your preferred method or request a shipping quote.
All packages are insured for their full retail value, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items for store credit when returned in-store within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Store credit will be issued as a gift card.
Online orders of full-priced items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package to be eligible for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition, with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Final Sale items include swimwear, underwear/intimates, slips, socks, and international orders.
Maison Djouf reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion. In cases where an exception is made, a restocking fee may apply to ensure the item meets our quality return standards.

If you need to make an exchange, please note that all exchanges depend on item availability. Our online selection reflects inventory from both our Healdsburg and Sebastopol boutiques.
If a package is refused or returned undeliverable, the cost of round-trip shipping will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
International
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S. and your country isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist with placing your order and can provide a custom shipping quote and invoice via PayPal.
At this time, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its delivery. If the package is refused or returned, any associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.
