Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items for store credit when returned in-store within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Store credit will be issued as a gift card.

 

Online orders of full-priced items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

 

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In new condition with all original tags attached
• Shoes returned in their original, undamaged box

 

Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Final Sale items include swimwear, underwear/intimates, slips, socks, and international orders

 

Maison Djouf reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion.

• In cases where an exception is made, a restocking fee may apply to ensure the item meets our quality return standards
